Concorde Education partners with schools nationwide to provide high-quality academic and enrichment programming. We are expanding into special education services, supporting schools with compliance, program development, and direct service delivery for students with diverse learning needs. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Director of Special Education Services to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of our special education programming. This role will be responsible for building systems from the ground up — including staffing, compliance, service delivery models, and school partnerships. If you’re looking for a plug-and-play district role, this isn’t it. This is a builder role.

  • 5+ years experience in special education (teaching, coordination, or administration)
  • Strong knowledge of IEPs, IDEA compliance, and service delivery models

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supervising or managing staff strongly preferred
  • Former or current Special Education Coordinators / Directors
