Director of Spa, Wellness & Experiences
About The Position
The Director of Spa, Wellness & Experiences will shape spa, wellness, and guest experiences across Faro Blanco Resort and Courtyard by Marriott in Marathon, Florida. The role is responsible for creating signature offerings that guests value and return for, while supporting meaningful revenue growth. The director leads spa operations and service standards, develops wellness, fitness, and guest experience programs, and oversees menus, pricing, and packages. The position also leads and develops spa managers, therapists, and coordinators and ensures services are licensed, safe, and guest-ready.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of spa or wellness leadership experience.
- Experience with P&L management and revenue growth.
- Experience developing treatment menus and designing services.
- Guest-first creative perspective and strong team leadership.
- Forecasting, yield management, and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to read spa P&Ls and build a treatment budget.
- Florida licensure for licensed therapies, where required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in upscale or full-service resort hospitality, including Hilton or Marriott.
