Director of Software Engineering
About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Director of Software Engineering to lead multiple global engineering teams, shape our technical strategy, and drive the delivery of modern cloud-based software solutions. Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years leading engineering teams.
- Experience managing distributed, multicultural engineering organizations.
- Strong background building and delivering cloud-based SaaS applications (AWS and/or Azure).
- Expertise in Agile software development, DevOps, CI/CD, microservices, and modern software architecture.
- Proven ability to build, coach, and inspire high-performing engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with AI/ML technologies or regulated industries is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop multiple software engineering teams across global locations, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Drive the technical execution of our SaaS product portfolio while aligning engineering priorities with business objectives.
- Partner closely with Product Management, Architecture, and other business leaders to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Champion engineering best practices, Agile development, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native technologies.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering leaders while supporting career growth across the organization.
- Establish KPIs and OKRs to measure team performance, delivery quality, and operational excellence.
- Manage engineering budgets, resource planning, and organizational growth.
