About The Position

As a Director of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase within the Enterprise Technology - Infrastructure & Platforms team, you will lead a technical area and drive impact within teams, technologies, and projects across departments. You will utilize your in-depth knowledge of software, applications, technical processes, and product management to drive multiple complex projects and initiatives, while serving as a primary decision maker for your teams and a driver of innovation and solution delivery. The ServiceNow platform is a key part of JPMorgan’s strategy to transform the delivery of digital solutions. We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive product vision, strategy and roadmaps for Service Now capabilities.

Requirements

  • Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering or a related discipline, with 7+ years of applied experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading technologists in complex, global engineering environments
  • Expert-level ServiceNow experience and leading delivery of ServiceNow IT Workflows’ solutions, with depth in ITSM Request Workflows; ITOM, Dev Ops, and Sec Ops experience
  • Certifications or Trainings associated with ServiceNow capabilities, ServiceNow Architecture and/or Implementation Specialist in one or more modules (SecOps, IRM, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM)
  • Demonstrated ServiceNow AI use case and development experience
  • Experience developing or leading cross-functional teams of technologists
  • Experience with hiring, developing, and recognizing talent
  • Experience leading a product as a Product Owner or Product Manager
  • Practical cloud native experience
  • Expertise in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field

Responsibilities

  • Leads ServiceNow technology and process implementations to achieve functional technology objectives
  • Makes decisions that influence teams’ resources, budget, tactical operations, and the execution and implementation of processes and procedures
  • Carries governance accountability for coding decisions, control obligations, and measures of success such as cost of ownership, maintainability, and portfolio operations
  • Drives the strategy and implementation of services in one or more areas across IT powered by the ServiceNow platform
  • Delivers ServiceNow technical solutions that can be leveraged across multiple businesses and domains
  • Lead Agile product teams that will deliver enterprise product services and capabilities, aligned to our standards, objectives and product vision
  • Build with a Secure-First and AI mindset, and manage key relationships as part of the client solutions’ team and across the firm, and empower high performing, self-directed teams to deliver successfully
  • Influences peer leaders and senior stakeholders across the business, product, and technology teams
