The role involves maintaining the successful operation of the Social Service Department, ensuring compliance with all local, state, county, and federal agency regulations and standards. The position requires directing and delegating the management of professional and ancillary social service staff.

Requirements

Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Minimum two years' experience preferred in case work.
Thorough knowledge of case work process in medical and public health settings.
Working knowledge of social and health resources in the community required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software.
Must be able to communicate effectively with a diverse population.
Mastery of the English language required.
