About The Position

Abstrakt Marketing Group is seeking a Director of Social Media to own and scale our social presence into a measurable growth channel. This role is responsible for leading social media strategy, executing campaigns, driving engagement, and generating qualified leads. The ideal candidate is highly self-sufficient, AI-fluent, and experienced in B2B social media, with a proven ability to drive pipeline through content and campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B social media experience with an understanding of long sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of executing campaigns that generate leads and measurable business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns from ideation through execution and optimization.
  • Strong engagement and community management skills.
  • Video production experience, including filming and editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
  • Proficiency across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok or X.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and communicate performance metrics.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, CapCut AI) for content creation and optimization.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of strategy and execution.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing a multi-service B2B agency or professional services firm.
  • Comfort appearing on camera as a representative of the brand.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Portfolio of B2B video content, including thought leadership or brand storytelling.
  • Graphic design experience using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns focused on lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Create and produce short-form and long-form content, including filming and editing video content.
  • Manage engagement across platforms, including comments, messages, and audience interactions.
  • Run and optimize paid social campaigns to amplify performance and drive measurable results.
  • Track KPIs, analyze performance, and report results to leadership with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications leadership to align on demand generation and brand voice.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to continuously improve performance.
