About The Position

This is an invitation to the person who has spent a career turning slot floors into revenue engines and knows the guest is always the point. This role requires someone who understands every machine, every metric, and every guest on the floor, and can anticipate performance issues. A great slot floor is not just about the machines, but the experience around them, including guest and team member interactions and memorable jackpot moments. The ideal candidate builds floors that perform on spreadsheets and feel right on the floor. This position requires seven to ten years of progressive experience in casino slot operations with at least five years in a senior leadership role. The candidate must be proficient in reading performance reports and familiar with IGT ADVANTAGE, Bally, and Light and Wonder systems, or their equivalents. Experience in team building, budget management, and navigating regulatory environments is essential. This is an opportunity to operate at a significant scale and on a prominent stage.

Requirements

• Seven to ten years of progressive experience in casino slot operations
• At least five years in a senior leadership role
• Ability to read a drop and win report
• Familiarity with IGT ADVANTAGE, Bally, and Light and Wonder systems, or their equivalents
• Experience building teams
• Experience managing budgets
• Experience navigating regulatory environments

Responsibilities

• Full oversight of slot operations including daily performance, machine optimization, floor configuration, and game mix to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
• Pre-opening floor strategy including machine moves, denomination adjustments, game acquisitions, and new technology integration such as cashless systems, progressive jackpots, and digital enhancements
• Slot performance analytics and data driven recommendations for continuous improvement
• Vendor relationships, product evaluation, and coordination of purchases, repairs, maintenance, and installations in compliance with regulatory standards
• All hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and development within the department
