About The Position

The Director of Site Operations leads the day-to-day activities and operational performance of Vivid Impact’s Mesa, Arizona facility. The role oversees Preproduction, Wide Format, Fulfillment, and Warehouse operations, with responsibility for efficient workflows, schedule adherence, quality, labor productivity, and consistent service delivery.

The director translates company strategy and enterprise operational standards into effective site-level execution. The role coordinates operational teams, develops frontline leaders, improves performance, and maintains a safe, organized, high-performing work environment. The position works closely with the COO and enterprise functional leaders to align Mesa operations with broader business objectives, processes, and performance expectations.

The regular schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Additional hours may be required based on business needs, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends to support facility operations.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of progressive operations, manufacturing, print, fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution leadership experience.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role managing supervisors, managers, and frontline teams.
• Experience overseeing multiple operational functions within a facility or site.
• Proven experience managing labor, productivity, quality, service, and operating expenses.
• Demonstrated record of improving operational performance, efficiency, and quality.
• Strong understanding of production, wide format, fulfillment, warehouse, and preproduction workflows.
• Ability to lead complex, deadline-driven facility operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Strong financial, labor, and productivity management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Data-driven approach and ability to analyze facility performance metrics.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• High level of organization, accountability, follow-through, and operational discipline.
