Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of experience in clubs or hospitality & golf industry
  • 5 years of experience managing multiple units
  • ServSafe Certification, TIPS Certification
  • Efficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Fluent in English
  • Club operational experience is beneficial, as well as knowledge of environmental health codes & liquor codes

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a professional and high performing team which is held accountable to delivering high quality service and strong financial results.
  • Strategically plan and execute successful business plans for private clubs, as well as the Beaver Creek and Red Sky Golf Courses.
  • Knowledge of Club documents, Membership Plans and Club Rules and Regulations.
  • Execute daily business per compliance guidelines, have a good understanding of Club Accounting and procedures.
  • Fully comply with Vail Resorts corporate code of ethics and policies and the administration of club records, board meetings, membership applications and documents.
  • Oversight of club communications to club members and boards.
  • Development of board meeting packets, chairing of meetings, board meeting follow-up, and proper documentation.
  • Development and implementation of strategic and maintenance capital projects.
  • Cooperation and effective communication with inter-company departments which support the club & golf operations.
  • Demonstrate flexible, responsive, and consistency in addressing member needs and desires within the financial limits and pursuant to Vail Resorts' corporate guidelines and policies.
  • Develop creative and quality programming for club & golf operations
  • Provide oversight for the Clubs Development (Sales & Marketing) Department.
  • Other duties as assigned
