About The Position

We’re building ‘the’ Teaching Hospital for pediatric therapy — a category of one by driving excellence in outcomes, developing clinicians, building payer trust, and embedding systems across what we do. Are you an experienced multi-site leader who thrives at the intersection of clinical excellence and operational execution? Do you love coaching direct reports to hit high standards, tracking metrics to build targeted action plans, and cultivating an environment where both your team and your clients thrive? If you want to use your leadership expertise to deliver daily, sustainable, and consistent care for the children and families who matter most to Bierman’s mission, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a Director of Services who can accelerate client success across their assigned region. If you’re a highly motivated, naturally curious senior leader who is energized by the opportunity to shape culture and manage complex clinical and financial operations, this is your chance to make a lasting impact.
