Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in security and/or hospitality industry.
Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, law enforcement, or another closely related field.
Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred, Peace Office training preferred
Ability to multi-task
Strong organizational practices with professional skills in verbal and written communication, decision making, management and analytical skills
Experience in evaluating emergency crisis situations
Knowledge of state and federal laws, regulations and policies guiding safety and security
Experience in working as a member of a team with the ability to motivate others in engagement and performance.
Self-motivator, independent, cooperative, flexible, creative, and responsible
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Managing Security/Loss Prevention Operations
Oversee physical safety and security of the facility/property and people-employees, guests, vendors, and contractors.
Lead a team of security personnel in their day-to-day duties and responsibilities
Implements action plans to monitor and control risk
Conducts investigations of all losses of property assets and refers to proper management for disposition
Provides guidance and direction as required and monitoring performance
Conducting HR activities
Other duties as assigned
