Key responsibilities include leading and developing supervisors and officers, setting expectations for appearance and customer service, ensuring adherence to scope of work, and managing emergency preparedness and response protocols. The Director will also be responsible for timely incident reporting, conducting post inspections, and implementing operational improvements. The position requires overseeing access control, visitor/vendor/contractor processing, and the effective use of security systems like visitor management and access control platforms. Furthermore, the Director will serve as the primary security liaison to property management, providing operational updates, trend analysis, and solution-oriented recommendations, while establishing a "white-glove" security culture appropriate for a high-profile asset with VIP sensitivity.
