This role is for a Director of Security in San Francisco, CA, for a Class A High-Rise. The Director will oversee all security operations, manage staffing, ensure compliance with standards, and lead a team of supervisors and officers. The position requires a professional, service-forward security presence, aligned with “observe and report” standards, and an ability to maintain a “white-glove” security culture appropriate for a high-profile asset with VIP sensitivity. The Director will also manage access control, security systems, and site procedures, and serve as the primary security liaison to property management.
