About The Position

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Director of Security to join their team in Greenville, South Carolina (SC). This leadership role offers an opportunity to influence security operations, lead teams, and drive changes within a large and growing organization. The Director of Security is responsible for leading and supporting security teams, ensuring adherence to site procedures, operational standards, and client requirements. This hands-on role involves coaching and developing teams, conducting site audits, resolving operational challenges, and supporting branch administration to drive service excellence and employee engagement.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Associate degree.
3+ year of supervisory experience.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
Is organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities

Leading and supporting security teams.
Ensuring adherence to site procedures, operational standards, and client requirements.
Coaching and developing teams.
Conducting site audits.
Resolving operational challenges.
Supporting branch administration to drive service excellence and employee engagement.
Ensuring delivery of high-quality customer service.
Assisting with onboarding and directly developing high caliber staff.
Willing to fill in at lower levels when necessary while managing high-level responsibilities.
