The organization operates a high-end hospitality campus that serves luxury guests, VIP visitors, private events, and special productions. The property includes lodging, dining, wellness amenities, outdoor recreation, event spaces, and 24/7 operations. The environment combines luxury hospitality, private estate-style operations, executive/VIP visitor management, high-end events and productions, and comprehensive security and emergency preparedness programs.

Requirements

8+ years of progressive security experience.
3+ years managing supervisors and multi-shift security teams.
Experience in one or more of the following: Physical Security, Corporate Security, Executive Protection, Emergency Management, Law Enforcement, Military Security, Hospitality Security, Resort Security, Private Estate Security, Campus Security, Entertainment Venue Security, Healthcare Campus Security.
Experience with VIP protection.
Experience with emergency response leadership.
Experience with incident command.
Experience with security investigations.
Experience with security technology management.
Experience with team leadership and development.
8+ years security/protective services experience.
3+ years leadership experience.
Multi-shift operations management.
Knowledge of access control, surveillance systems, alarm systems, visitor management, security reporting platforms, and security SOP development.
Knowledge of crisis response, incident command, fire and life safety, evacuation planning, severe weather response, and medical emergency coordination.
Knowledge of executive protection coordination, high-profile guest management, and confidentiality/discretion.
Ability to prepare incident reports, risk assessments, and executive presentations.
Ability to develop security metrics and oversee budget.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays.
On-call leadership availability.
Ability to meet licensing and background requirements.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, Hospitality, or Business.
ASIS CPP certification.
ASIS PSP certification.
FEMA ICS-100, ICS-200, IS-700, IS-800 certifications.
CPR Certification.
AED Certification.
First Aid Certification.
Experience in Hotel Security Leadership, Resort Security Leadership, Private Club Security, Estate Security, Executive Protection, Event Security, Vendor Management, Contract Management, or Security Technology Implementations.
Tennessee Security Registration.
Armed Registration (if required).

Provide VIP protection.
Lead emergency response.
Manage incident command.
Conduct security investigations.
Manage security technology.
Lead and develop the security team.
Manage access control, surveillance systems, alarm systems, and visitor management.
Develop security SOPs.
Coordinate crisis response, incident command, fire and life safety, evacuation planning, severe weather response, and medical emergency coordination.
Coordinate executive protection and high-profile guest management.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Prepare incident reports, risk assessments, and executive presentations.
Develop security metrics and oversee budget.
Be available for on-call leadership.
