About The Position
The organization operates a high-end hospitality campus that serves luxury guests, VIP visitors, private events, and special productions. The property includes lodging, dining, wellness amenities, outdoor recreation, event spaces, and 24/7 operations. The environment combines luxury hospitality, private estate-style operations, executive/VIP visitor management, high-end events and productions, and comprehensive security and emergency preparedness programs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive security experience
- 3+ years managing supervisors and multi-shift security teams
- Experience in Physical Security, Corporate Security, Executive Protection, Emergency Management, Law Enforcement, Military Security, Hospitality Security, Resort Security, Private Estate Security, Campus Security, Entertainment Venue Security, or Healthcare Campus Security
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays
- On-call leadership availability
- Ability to meet licensing and background requirements
