About The Position

As the Director of School Success, you’ll be part of GradGuard's team responsible for widening and strengthening the college completion safety net GradGuard provides. As an individual contributor part of a team, you will focus on strategic expansion, which involves identifying needs and opportunities across various campus offices to broaden the adoption of GradGuard's full platform. This role also focuses on ensuring effective integration and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies and deepened partner relationships.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years in account management, customer success, higher education partnerships, or related roles, with experience managing accounts.
  • Proven ability to build long-term strategic partnerships and lead renewal/expansion conversations.
  • Skilled with sales tools and CRM systems; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work across multiple departments and drive alignment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with executive-level polish.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys improving systems and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Expand GradGuard’s full platform of products and services to school partners by identifying needs and opportunities across offices on campus, such as Housing, Student Financial Services, Enrollment Management, and Risk Management.
  • Ensure school partners embrace GradGuard’s products and services in the most effective manner, implementing integrated marketing campaigns to support the adoption of the embedded insurance model.
  • Deepen relationships with school partners to impress and make GradGuard an essential part of their business operations.
  • Implement revenue growth initiatives within your portfolio, focusing on innovative strategies to maximize the financial impact of GradGuard’s offerings.
