KTVB, the TEGNA-owned NBC affiliate in Boise, is seeking an innovative and results-driven Director of Sales to lead a high-performing revenue team across linear, streaming, and digital platforms. This leader will drive strategy, grow market share, develop top talent, and help local businesses connect with audiences through modern marketing solutions. The Director of Sales creates, leads, and executes the station’s sales strategy to achieve or exceed annual revenue goals while growing market share across broadcast, digital, streaming, and emerging platforms. This leader is responsible for building and developing a high-performing sales organization, empowering managers and sellers, and creating alignment around a shared vision for success. The Director of Sales partners closely with station leadership and corporate teams to identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and position the station as a trusted marketing partner in the community. The ideal candidate is a strategic and adaptable leader who can navigate change, lead with transparency, and keep teams aligned and motivated in a fast-evolving media landscape. This position reports to the President & General Manager.
