About The Position

PowerNation Studios is seeking a driven, results-oriented Director of Sales to lead revenue growth across broadcast, streaming, digital, and social platforms. This high-impact role focuses on building automotive aftermarket client relationships, creating sponsorship packages, and managing pipeline and forecasting with disciplined execution. The ideal candidate brings proven media ad sales success, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable partner results.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in broadcast, digital, or media ad sales
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on long-term relationship building
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • College degree or equivalent experience (minimum 3+ years in sales)
  • Must meet Gray Media driving requirements and maintain a valid driver's license

  • Experience in or passion for the automotive aftermarket industry a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth across media and digital platforms through prospecting, pitching, and closing
  • Build and grow a client base within the automotive aftermarket industry and adjacent verticals
  • Develop creative sponsorship packages that align client goals with POWERNATION's audience reach
  • Deliver accurate and timely forecasting; manage pipeline with discipline
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with key clients, agencies, and brand partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client success and campaign delivery
  • Represent POWERNATION at industry events and client meetings with confidence and professionalism
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively, overcoming objections with professionalism
