Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering services sales leadership roles within the aerospace industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
  • Deep understanding of aerospace products, services, technologies, and customer needs.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer value.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives within the aerospace domain.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive results.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with aerospace customers, suppliers, and partners to drive business expansion and enhance market presence.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support sales initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management to track progress and make informed decisions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and establish thought leadership in the aerospace sector.
