The Bernard Group is a 100% employee-owned visual merchandising company leading the retail industry in design and production. They are looking for a Director of Sales to join their team. This role will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on driving new business growth and expanding strategic client partnerships. The Director of Sales will work cross-functionally to deliver value-added retail solutions that combine creative, production, logistics, and technology-enabled capabilities to solve complex client challenges. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening executive-level client relationships, and partnering with internal teams to execute go-to-market strategies that support continued revenue growth. The Director of Sales will help foster a culture centered on accountability, execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role is based out of their headquarters location in Chanhassen, MN and requires up to 25% travel for client meetings, industry events and team collaboration. The shift available is Monday through Friday, standard business hours.
