Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales management within the Hospitality, Tourism, and Recreation industry.
• Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in developing successful sales strategies specifically for the extended stay or hospitality market.
• Experience in managing and leading a remote or multi-site sales team.
• Deep network of existing contacts within the Hospitality and Tourism industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and lead the sales team to ensure they meet their targets and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to ensure our sales approach remains competitive.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them, expanding our footprint in the industry.
