About The Position

The Mather Evanston is an award-winning luxury Life Plan Community recognized for its innovative approach to wellness, exceptional food and beverage program, and commitment to creating extraordinary resident experiences. Located on Chicago's North Shore, The Mather is redefining what it means to age well through industry-leading wellness initiatives, hospitality-inspired service, chef-driven dining, beautifully designed residences, and a culture that empowers older adults to live boldly, purposefully, and well. Residents enjoy an elevated lifestyle focused on whole-person wellness—supporting physical, intellectual, social, emotional, vocational, environmental, and spiritual well-being—within one of the most distinctive senior living communities in the country. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of sales leadership, a passion for helping older adults envision their next chapter, and the ability to navigate a complex consultative sales cycle with confidence and empathy. This leader will mentor and inspire a high-performing sales team, leverage CRM and data-driven strategies to achieve occupancy goals, collaborate closely with operations and marketing partners, and ensure every prospect experiences the exceptional hospitality, wellness-focused culture, and personalized service that define the Mather brand.
