Salem Sports Events is seeking a Director of Sales to join our Business Development / Sales leadership team. This key leadership role will directly be responsible for new business growth while leading, mentoring, and developing our Business Development Manager (BDM) team. The Director of Sales will provide strategic direction, coaching, mentorship, and day to day support to the sales organization while helping drive overall team performance and growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this position will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Estimating, Design, Operations, and Project Management to develop and execute winning strategies that strengthen client partnerships and expand Salem’s reach across sports, experiential marketing, on-site live event activations, and design-build projects.
