About The Position

We're in search of a dynamic leader who will lead the Best Western Downtown Casper sales strategy, manage the sales team and drive revenue growth across all market segments. The Director of Hotel Sales is responsible for developing and executing the hotel's sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and market share. This includes overseeing group, leisure, business transient, and catering sales, as well as managing relationships with corporate clients, meeting planners, and travel partners. This person will assist with establishing sales goals, monitor performance, and ensure the sales team meets or exceeds revenue targets. Collaboration with Revenue Management and Operations is essential to optimize pricing, occupancy, and overall profitability.

Requirements

4–5 years of progressive hotel sales experience.
At least 3 years in a leadership role within full-service, luxury, or upper-upscale hotels.
Strong skills in budgeting.
