About The Position

The Director of Sales is responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of sales. This position is based in our NYC office and requires working on-site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, management or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Achieve profitability and volume goals for wholesale.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retail partners.
  • Analyze competitive vendors and make recommendations.
  • Manages and directs internal sales team to achieve budgets, forecasts and goals.
  • Penetrate new markets and maximize business operations.
  • Study markets, shop retail, and interact with consumers to establish future trends.
  • Analyze reports and implement changes.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
