About The Position

The Director of Sales is responsible for leading the strategic sales initiatives of the property to enhance brand visibility, drive revenue, and support overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality or travel industries
  • Strong knowledge of digital sales, branding, and promotional strategies
  • Experience leading sales teams and managing campaigns
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to stand or walk during promotional events or property tours

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or Hospitality Management preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to promote the property and its services
  • Maintain consistent brand standards across all sales platforms and communications
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and market positioning
  • Lead sales campaigns to promote rooms, dining outlets, events, weddings, and special promotions
  • Oversee seasonal campaigns, digital promotions, and targeted sales initiatives
