About The Position

NDM Hospitality Services of Kissimmee, FL is looking to hire a full-time Director of Sales. This management position pays a competitive salary of $90,000 to $140,000/yr plus bonuses, depending on experience. We are a family-owned hospitality business that started in food and beverage and is now expanding into vacation rentals. We are creating a new sector in hospitality by creating identifiable brands with consistent accommodations, services, and amenities within the vacation rental space. We have the first of our branded resorts containing nearly 1k vacation homes and 7k rooms operating successfully in the greater Lake Buena Vista area. We plan on opening dozens of resorts with our current brands, with the goal of expanding domestically and internationally. We believe in a win from within culture! As our Director of Sales, you are responsible for all sales and marketing activities for our growing branded vacation home resort portfolio. Whether it's total group sales of home bookings, or vacation rentals, you are at the forefront of generating revenue! You lead sales operations regionally including wholesale sales, tour operations, group sales, and contract sales (obtaining people into our program versus them doing rental management on their own or with another company). You engage your creative and out-of-the-box thinking daily as you participate in branding, advertising, and strategic outreach. You participate in sales initiatives, doing tours and bringing new clientele in, etc. You find the strategic nature of your job engaging! Requirements

  • Leadership experience in sales leading wholesale sales, tour operators, group sales, and contract sales.
  • Management of traditional travel agent sales
  • Ability to structure proper team to meet financial milestones
  • Management of sales budgets
  • Understanding of multi-property sales strategies
  • Good understanding on systems connectivity and distribution channels
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Advanced sales and revenue management skills
  • Strategies for increasing packaging revenues with F&B and other package opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to listen.
  • Diplomatic.
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple short-term and long-term projects.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and analytical.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience are preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
