About The Position

Cinelease—a trusted national leader in lighting, grip, studio facilities, and production rentals—is expanding its portable bathroom trailer division and seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead this growth. This role is responsible for building the national sales strategy, expanding market presence, and driving revenue for Cinelease’s fleet of portable bathroom trailers. The ideal candidate brings deep entertainment‑industry relationships, a strong understanding of production workflows, and a proven ability to scale sales organizations across multiple markets.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of sales leadership experience in entertainment services, production rentals, logistics, or related B2B industries.
• Strong understanding of film/TV production workflows and on‑set trailer requirements.
• Proven track record of driving multimillion‑dollar revenue growth and scaling sales teams.
• Established network within film, TV, streaming, or commercial production.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to travel frequently to major production markets and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a nationwide strategy to grow Cinelease’s portable bathroom trailer business across major production hubs.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities in film, television, streaming, commercial production, and live events.
• Build strong relationships with studio executives, production managers, coordinators, and location managers.
• Achieve annual revenue targets through strategic planning, pipeline management, and high‑impact sales initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Fleet Management, Logistics, and Marketing to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to inform pricing and product positioning.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high‑performing sales team supporting national growth.
• Represent Cinelease at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen brand visibility.
