The Director of Sales will lead and execute a high-performance sales strategy across a large and growing portfolio. This role is responsible for driving lead conversion, optimizing sales processes, and elevating overall sales performance through strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a highly hands-on leadership role. The ideal candidate is a “roll up your sleeves” operator who can step into communities, conduct deep-dive diagnostics across all sales activities, identify gaps and opportunities, and implement actionable solutions to improve performance and results. The Director of Sales will oversee the internal call center, sales training initiatives, competitive analysis, and a team of sales specialists, while developing and implementing strategic plans to increase occupancy and revenue.
