About The Position

LiveFlow is seeking a Sales Director to manage the day-to-day execution of their sales team. This role involves taking immediate responsibility for team performance, pipeline management, and deal execution during a crucial growth phase. It is a hands-on position requiring deep involvement in deals, coaching sales representatives, and driving results. The Sales Director will work closely with the founders while the broader sales leadership team is being established.

Requirements

  • Previous proven track record as a top-performing AE.
  • Strong desire to stay close to deals and close yourself.
  • At least 2+ years managing a team of at least 5 AEs and SDR/BDRs.
  • Full-cycle B2B sales experience.
  • Experience managing Mid-market deals ($30K+ ACV).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling to CFOs, Controllers, or finance teams.
  • Background in finance.
  • Experience in verticals like Healthcare, Construction, F&B, or Real Estate.
  • Experience at a high-growth startup.

Responsibilities

  • Own the performance of a team of Account Executives and SDRs.
  • Run weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and deal strategy sessions.
  • Coach AEs on live deals with specific, tactical guidance.
  • Join and help close strategic deals when needed.
  • Ramp new AEs and SDRs transitioning into AE roles.
  • Maintain high standards for CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy.
  • Run forecast calls and ensure visibility into revenue.
  • Track conversion rates, deal velocity, and forecast accuracy.
  • Support hiring by screening and interviewing AE candidates.
