Responsible for demonstrating and promoting SRIM's core value of the Golden Rule by treating others, including residents, families, and associates, in the same way we would like to be treated. This role involves the organization, planning, and development of all functions and programs of the sales department with minimal supervision from the executive director. The Director of Sales is also responsible for preparing and implementing quality action plans, conducting community tours, and managing all sales inquiries and communications across various platforms. The role requires a positive attitude, excellent customer service, strong decision-making skills, and clear, accurate, and timely communication. Financial oversight includes monitoring expenditures to comply with budget. The Director plans and hosts special sales events, maintains an inquiry/lead database, and updates quarterly action plans to meet community needs. Achieving occupancy goals set by the executive director is a key objective. Daily community visits are required to ensure cleanliness, safety, and appropriate atmosphere. The role handles all closings, move-in paperwork, and ensures marketing collateral uses approved designs. Responsiveness to resident requests and compliance with emergency procedures, dress code, and HIPAA regulations are essential. The position requires proactive work, seeking additional information, offering solutions, and willingly taking on special projects. Weekly minimum requirements include 40 prospect phone calls, 5 home visits, 5 prospect tours, 4 new move-ins per month, and 8 professional development meetings. Quarterly requirements include 2 large events (10+ attendees), 1 professional event, 1 prospect event, and 3 small events.
