Key challenges include growing the Sales Department while maintaining profitability, working across multiple departments, staying updated on industry products, prioritizing responsibilities effectively, managing schedules for joint sales calls, and maintaining staff while managing labor budgets. Executive responsibilities include assisting the management team with unexpected issues and traveling to all GTS territories and industry/network events.
