The Director of Sales will coordinate and manage key accounts activities to help create optimal revenue with existing customers. This role involves setting up business units’ policies and procedures, developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve year-over-year growth and market penetration. The Director will directly engage in high-value negotiations and maintain relationships with top-tier stakeholders and strategic partners. This position also involves developing and implementing analytical reporting and key sales metrics, executing and overseeing marketing goals and policies, and managing product planning and building a product roadmap according to market trends. Additionally, the role includes recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of Sales Managers and Development Managers, managing customer issues, and exercising discretion over the day-to-day operations of the Division. The Director will also work with US customers to evaluate design rules, perform feasibility studies, and understand technical requirements and roadmaps. Collaboration with cross-country cross-functional teams to establish plans and meet program objectives is essential. The role requires continual assessments of services and customer needs, coordination of sales distribution through territories, quotas, and goals, and review of sales performance. Analysis and control of departmental expenditures within budgetary requirements, leading the Customer Service team, and informing relevant personnel of risks are also key responsibilities. The position requires travel locally/internationally and adherence to all corporate compliances, rules, Code of Conduct, Policies, and documented procedures.
