About The Position

The Director of Sales – Data Center Workforce Solutions is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and expanding relationships with hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and mission-critical facility clients. This role focuses exclusively on selling staffing, workforce management, project-based labor, and recruiting solutions that support data center construction, deployment, operations, and maintenance. The Director of Sales will develop strategic partnerships with data center operators, general contractors, OEMs, engineering firms, and service providers while working closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful workforce delivery. This is a hunter-focused role with responsibility for building a pipeline, closing new business, and growing key accounts.

  • Ability to conduct workforce planning discussions with customers.
  • Experience presenting customized labor solutions.
  • Experience in contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasting data within CRM.
  • Ability to provide regular sales updates and market intelligence to executive leadership.
  • Experience tracking sales performance against established KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow data center staffing and workforce services revenue.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new clients within the data center ecosystem.
  • Generate revenue through contract staffing, contract-to-hire, direct hire, managed staffing programs, and project-based workforce solutions.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers including: Data Center Directors, Operations Managers, Construction Managers, Program Managers, Procurement Leaders, General Contractors, Facilities Managers.
  • Create and execute account penetration strategies for target customers.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Conduct workforce planning discussions with customers to understand hiring demands and project requirements.
  • Present customized labor solutions for: Data Center Technicians I, II, III, Critical Facilities Technicians, Cable Technicians, Fiber Technicians, Rack & Stack Teams, Commissioning Technicians, Site Leads, Project Managers, Engineers.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Grow revenue within existing accounts through cross-selling and expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data within CRM.
  • Provide regular sales updates and market intelligence to executive leadership.
  • Track sales performance against established KPIs.
