Kerico Care is seeking a hands-on Director of Sales / Business Development to build and grow our direct facility contract pipeline in the non-emergency medical transportation space. This is a builder role for someone who can personally open doors, develop healthcare facility relationships, manage the sales process, and close new business. The right candidate will be comfortable creating structure where little exists, working directly with the CEO, and operating in a fast-moving startup environment. Kerico Care is reshaping the NEMT mobility space through reliability, efficiency, and patient-first service. With more than 300,000 successful transports across multiple states, we have earned a trusted reputation for helping patients get to critical appointments safely and on time. In the first 12–24 months, this role will be primarily focused on personally generating and closing revenue. As the business scales, the role may expand into hiring, training, and managing a sales/business development team.
