The Director of Sales will lead the hotel’s overall sales strategy and execution — driving revenue across group, leisure, and business transient segments while overseeing catering sales and partnerships. As a key member of the hotel’s Executive Committee, this leader plays an instrumental role in positioning The Seahaus Hotel as Atlantic City’s premier destination for both business and leisure travelers. This role involves building strong community relationships and strategic partnerships, leading dynamic, high-energy sales initiatives with measurable outcomes, and creating and executing sales plans that drive occupancy, ADR, and market share. The Director of Sales will showcase The Seahaus through compelling storytelling and brand collaboration, and celebrate the thrill of conversion and the satisfaction of sustainable growth.
