About The Position
TES Staffing is partnering with a growing, high-performing commercial flooring company to hire a Director of Sales & Project Management. This senior leadership role is responsible for leading revenue growth, overseeing project execution, and driving operational excellence within the commercial flooring industry. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the commercial flooring business, from estimating to closeout, and be prepared to take ownership of both sales performance and project delivery.
Requirements
- Commercial flooring experience is required
- Proven success in sales leadership, project management, or both
- Strong understanding of estimating
- Strong understanding of bidding
- Strong understanding of the project lifecycle (pre-construction through closeout)
- Experience working with GCs, architects, and commercial clients
- Ability to lead teams and drive accountability
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the sales pipeline across commercial flooring projects
- Oversee project management teams to ensure profitable, on-time delivery
- Partner with estimating, operations, and field teams to drive execution
- Build and maintain relationships with GCs, developers, and key clients
- Develop strategy to scale revenue and improve margins
- Mentor and lead a team of sales reps and project managers
