About The Position

As our growth story accelerates in North America we’re ​​looking to bring on an additional Director of Sales to continue to build and develop our Sales organisation. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who has successfully scaled sales teams in fast-growing SaaS environments and thrives in ambiguity, rapid growth, and change.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience within SaaS or MarTech selling to Enterprise customers
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing a team of Account Executives, with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong coaching philosophy grounded in growth, accountability, and development
  • Strategic thinker who can zoom out to define direction — and zoom in to drive execution
  • Demonstrates high technical acumen and stays ahead of industry trends in AI and digital innovation.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environments
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong executive presence
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Command of the Message or similar enterprise sales methodologies

  • Experience selling to DTC companies highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and retain best-in-class sales talent that exceeds performance goals
  • Translate growth objectives into clear operating plans, priorities, and execution rhythms
  • Coach and develop your team, setting a high bar for growth and accountability
  • Develop deep product knowledge and industry expertise and embed this within your team
  • Set and uphold rigorous standards for forecast accuracy, deal quality, inspection, and execution
  • Interact with clients at all the stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiating and closing, supporting teams in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals with confidence and credibility
  • Lead cross-functionally to ensure that your extended team is aligned, motivated and engaged through creating clarity, building trusted relationships and efficiency
  • Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring strategies and execution improve the end-to-end customer journey
  • Build executive relationships in key clients and partners, and drive thought leadership across the region
