This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic thinker who thrives on driving attendance, season pass tickets, increasing per-cap spending, and building creative marketing campaigns that resonate with today's experience-driven consumer. Island H2O Water Park delivers a next-generation guest experience, blending thrilling attractions with immersive technology, music, and social media integration. Located in the heart of Kissimmee's tourism corridor, the park serves both local and international visitors. NDM Hospitality is a fast-growing, family-owned company redefining hospitality through innovative experiences across resorts, attractions, and entertainment. We are building scalable, recognizable brands with a strong focus on guest experience and revenue performance. The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for driving total park revenue, attendance, and brand awareness through integrated sales strategies and innovative marketing initiatives. This role oversees all sales channels and marketing efforts, including group sales, partnerships, digital marketing, promotions, and local market engagement. You will lead the strategy and execution of campaigns that increase visitation, season pass sales, and in-park spending. This position serves as the chief commercial strategist for the park, accountable for top-line revenue performance, market positioning, and long-term brand equity.
