About The Position

Cal-Ore is seeking an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to lead revenue growth and strategic initiatives. This executive role oversees Sales & Marketing, Service Delivery, and Customer Service functions to ensure alignment with company goals and a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of telecommunications experience
• 10+ years in sales and/or marketing roles
• 5+ years of leadership experience (telecom preferred)
• Proven success developing and executing growth strategies
• Experience managing complex sales cycles (Enterprise, Government, Education, Commercial)
• Strong analytical skills with ROI/TCO experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated leadership and team development success
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Sales & Marketing and Service Delivery teams
• Provide indirect oversight of Customer Service
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive growth
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
• Build strategic partnerships to expand market reach
• Track and report on KPIs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness
• Allocate resources across initiatives for maximum impact
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong service delivery
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members
• Conduct performance evaluations and foster a results-driven culture
