We are seeking a visionary and relationship-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial strategy for one of Atlanta’s most exciting lifestyle hotels. This is an opportunity for a hospitality sales leader who thrives in luxury and lifestyle environments, understands the Atlanta market, and knows how to drive both revenue and brand presence through strategic leadership, creativity, and community engagement. As Director of Sales & Marketing, you will oversee all revenue-driving sales and marketing initiatives, including group, corporate, catering, business travel, community partnerships, and brand positioning. You will lead and inspire a high-performing sales team while partnering closely with hotel leadership to maximize occupancy, ADR, market share, and overall commercial success. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — someone who can build relationships within the Atlanta business, agency, entertainment, and luxury travel communities while creating innovative sales strategies that position FORTH as a market leader in the lifestyle hospitality space.
