This role leads the Division Sales Execution function, owning how strategy translates into performance across six states, with a heavy concentration in California. You’ll lead a team of 200+ and work closely with sales leadership and distributor partners to ensure priorities show up in-market with consistency and impact. This is a high-visibility leadership role focused on driving volume, share, and execution through strong systems, clear accountability, and disciplined KPI management. You’ll shape how the division operates while building a strong bench of future sales leaders. This role requires the selected candidate to reside within the state of California.
