Life360 is seeking a Director of Sales — Central, a critical leadership role on the Life360 Ads revenue team. This individual will own one of the three North American regions, leading a team of sellers in a market primed for growth. The primary responsibility is to foster a sales culture that promotes rapid development, maintains clean pipeline management, and consistently achieves revenue targets. This role is crucial as the Central region presents a significant revenue opportunity across major agency hubs and brand-direct accounts in markets like Chicago, Minneapolis, and Detroit. The ideal candidate will accelerate existing successes, address existing gaps, and elevate the team's overall sales capabilities, especially as Life360 Ads expands its CTV and programmatic offerings and enhances its measurement solutions. The Director will also contribute to the broader sales organization's strategy, including go-to-market strategies, cross-regional best practices, and competitive intelligence gathered from daily market engagement. This is a build role for someone who can identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
