JOB PURPOSE: The Director of Sales and Operations is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and performance of the SpinLife Retail Sales (Product Expert) organization. This role partners closely with the Senior Vice President and General Manager to translate business strategy into operational excellence, ensuring the delivery of a world‑class sales and customer service experience. The Director serves as the senior advocate for the sales organization, driving performance, engagement, and scalability while fostering a positive, high‑performance culture. This role leads sales operations, talent strategy, performance management, and cross‑functional alignment to optimize revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
