About The Position

Hospitality Staffing Solutions (HSS) is seeking a dynamic hospitality sales and marketing leader with proven experience driving revenue growth, market positioning, and guest engagement for a resort destination property. This role is responsible for leading strategic sales initiatives, digital marketing efforts, group business development, and brand positioning while maximizing occupancy, event revenue, and overall profitability.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hospitality sales and marketing leadership experience
  • Resort or destination property experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of digital hospitality marketing, OTA platforms, and revenue optimization strategies
  • Experience driving group sales, event business, and leisure travel demand
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic planning abilities
  • Experience using CRM systems, RMS platforms, Google Analytics, and digital advertising tools
  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and guest-focused initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Drive group sales, event acquisition, weddings, conferences, sports groups, and corporate business
  • Create and implement seasonal promotions, resort packages, and value-added guest experiences
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, OTA optimization, social media, and paid advertising campaigns
  • Manage reputation and review platforms including TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, and social channels
  • Develop strong partnerships with tourism boards, event planners, sports organizations, and local businesses
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to strengthen market positioning
  • Manage CRM systems, lead pipelines, and sales reporting processes
  • Collaborate with operational departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Lead brand storytelling and content creation efforts highlighting resort amenities and experiences
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and revenue management strategies
  • Represent the property within community events and tourism initiatives
