About The Position

The Director of Safety is a key member of Haven Services’ leadership team, responsible for overseeing the Company’s safety programs ensuring that safety and compliance remain at the forefront of all business activities while driving continuous improvement in regulatory compliance and workplace safety. Haven Services, LLC is a privately held home and commercial services company owned by Watermark Investors Fund I, L.P. Built through approximately ten acquisitions since 2021, Haven operates across Ohio with approximately 500 employees and roughly $100 million in annual revenue. The company is pursuing a long-term target of $200 million in revenue and $30 million in EBITDA, anchored by operational excellence, technology investment, and disciplined growth across its Services and Contracting segments. The Director will collaborate closely with executive leadership, operations, human resources, and regional safety managers to strengthen Haven’s culture of safety, mitigate organizational risk, and maintain modern, compliant, and cost-effective programs. This role exists because Haven’s growth across three markets, nine office locations, and multiple trade lines requires a single, senior owner of safety strategy, regulatory compliance, and risk management who can set consistent standards and drive them into the field, rather than leaving safety practice to vary office by office. The Director does not carry formal supervisory authority over branch operations or trade business units. Those relationships are owned by the regional Presidents and business unit leaders. The Director works with and through Regional Safety Managers at each market providing indirect (dotted-line) supervision, coaching, and standards while day-to-day management of field safety activities remains with local operational leadership.
