About The Position

The Director of Safety & Risk Management serves as a strategic leader responsible for protecting over 350 employees while supporting the continued growth of one of Tampa Bay's premier commercial landscape contractors. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this position leads the company's Environmental, Health, Safety, Fleet Safety, and Risk Management programs across all divisions. More importantly, this leader becomes a trusted partner to Operations. Your mission is simple: Create an environment where every employee has the training, equipment, leadership, and confidence to return home safely every day. Success isn't measured by paperwork.
