The Director of RT Sales will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our health care services division by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives. This position is responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, ensuring that sales targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. The Director will analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and enhance existing relationships. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Ultimately, the Director of RT Sales will contribute to improving patient outcomes by ensuring that our services are effectively marketed and delivered to the right audiences.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership abilities, which will be utilized to inspire and guide the sales team towards achieving their targets
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively conveying the value of our services to clients and stakeholders
  • Analytical skills will be employed to assess market data and customer feedback, enabling the Director to make informed decisions
  • Negotiation skills will be crucial in closing deals and fostering long-term relationships with clients
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Health Care Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the health care industry

  • MBA preferred
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology
  • Experience with health care technology solutions and understanding of regulatory requirements is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance performance and professional growth
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with business goals
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts for senior management
