Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 5–10 years of hotel operations experience, including management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of front office, housekeeping, and guest services
  • Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and budgeting
  • Ability to manage teams, resolve issues, and ensure high guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the daily operations of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Concierge, and Telephone Services.
  • Ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service and quality standards.
  • Leading service recovery efforts and resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Overseeing staffing, training, performance management, scheduling, and departmental budgets.
  • Monitoring occupancy, labor costs, and inventory to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Developing and implementing operational policies.
  • Monitoring financial performance.
  • Driving continuous improvement to achieve guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
