Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 5–10 years of hotel operations experience, including management
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of front office, housekeeping, and guest services
- Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and budgeting
- Ability to manage teams, resolve issues, and ensure high guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Leading the daily operations of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Concierge, and Telephone Services.
- Ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service and quality standards.
- Leading service recovery efforts and resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Overseeing staffing, training, performance management, scheduling, and departmental budgets.
- Monitoring occupancy, labor costs, and inventory to maximize operational efficiency.
- Developing and implementing operational policies.
- Monitoring financial performance.
- Driving continuous improvement to achieve guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
